From the collected works of Elysander Talmor, A Song of the Divine Epochs .
In days of yore, 'neath starlit skies
The Mastersmiths, with lovesick eyes
Did gaze upon the heavens' grace
Astara, Twilar, Ultarin's face.
Ktisisan, with forge's flame
Sotirian, of tempered fame
And Apolesian, destruction's child
By starlight pure, were thus beguiled.
To Enev high, their plea was made
"For brides of stars, we humbly bade,
Grant us this boon, for art we've given,
To bind our souls, by constellations driven."
Enev, moved by their devout plea,
Reached 'cross the cosmos, three stars to free.
From celestial depths, their essences drawn,
In daughters' forms, at dawn's first yawn.
Astara bright, Twilar's hue,
And Ultarin, the darkened view,
To masters given, in sacred bond,
Their unions sparked, of which fond.
But Enev, wise to desires' spread,
Encased their lights, in gemstones' bed.
Thus safeguarded, their love's bright fire,
In stones imbued, with divine sire.
Three daughters to weave strands unbound
The fates of all who walk the ground
Their husbands strong to craft the worlds
Upon which stories of souls unfurl
